1. Agreement

2. Service scope

XHS Downloader provides a free web helper that accepts a public Xiaohongshu / RedNote share link and helps you save available video or image files for personal use on the same page. Features may include previews, quality selection when available, album select / batch download, and ZIP packaging in your browser.

The Service is offered as-is for convenience. It does not create user accounts, does not host a permanent public media library, and does not grant you any license from Xiaohongshu / RED beyond what public CDN access already allows.

3. Relationship to third-party platforms

xiaohongshudownloader.com is an independent helper. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Xiaohongshu, RED, RedNote, or their parent companies. Their trademarks belong to their respective owners. Your use of Xiaohongshu / RedNote remains subject to their terms and policies. If those platforms change APIs, CDN rules, or block automated access, downloads may fail without notice.

4. Allowed use

  • Download only public notes and only content you own or have permission to use (see also the on-page copyright reminder).
  • Use the Service for personal, non-commercial archival or reference, unless you have separate rights to broader use.
  • Comply with applicable copyright law and Xiaohongshu / RedNote terms.

5. Prohibited use

  • Bulk scraping, high-volume automation, or attempts to bypass rate limits or access controls.
  • Circumventing private, deleted, age-gated, or otherwise unavailable notes.
  • Redistributing creator media without permission; harassment; malware distribution; or illegal activity.
  • Misrepresenting the Service as an official Xiaohongshu / RedNote product, or using our branding / guides as if they were yours without permission.

6. Intellectual property

Creator media: We do not claim ownership of Xiaohongshu / RedNote note content. Downloads come from public CDN sources when available. You remain responsible for how you use saved files.

Our site materials: Text, layout, first-party demo assets, and branding on xiaohongshudownloader.com are owned by the site operator unless otherwise noted. Do not scrape or republish our guides as your own product copy without permission.

7. Privacy and technical processing

Short-lived caches, IP-based rate limits, hosting logs, and analytics (including Plausible and Microsoft Clarity) may process limited technical data as described in the Privacy Policy. Marketing phrases such as “no public archive” do not mean zero technical data is ever processed.

We do not warrant that every public link will parse, that media quality will match your expectations, or that watermarks will always be absent when upstream data changes.

9. Limitation of liability
