Download Xiaohongshu Videos on iPhone
On iPhone the hard part is not parsing the link — it is knowing where Safari put the file. This page walks the iOS path only: Copy Link → Safari → share sheet → Files or Photos.

Quick steps
- Copy Link in Xiaohongshu. Share → Copy Link on a public video.
- Paste in Safari. Open this site in Safari (not an in-app browser), paste, tap Download.
- Save via the share sheet. When the MP4 opens or downloads, use Share → Save to Files or Save Video.
Where does the file go on iPhone?
Files app: Save to Files → On My iPhone → Downloads (or iCloud Drive). Open the Files app later to AirDrop or move the MP4.
Photos: If the share sheet offers Save Video / Save Image, the clip lands in Recents. Safari previews are normal — they are not failures.
Chrome on iOS still uses the system share sheet; Safari remains the most predictable path for large MP4s.
iPhone-specific gotchas
- Low Power Mode can pause large transfers — stay in Safari.
- In-app Xiaohongshu browsers may block downloads; jump to Safari.
- Expired xsec tokens need a fresh Copy Link from the app.

No. Tap Share on that tab and Save to Files or Save Video. That completes the download on iOS.
Can I save to the Photos app?
Yes when Save Video / Save Image appears. Otherwise Save to Files, then import into Photos if needed.
