How to Download RedNote Images Without Watermark
Image notes on Xiaohongshu / RedNote often contain four to nine photos in a swipeable carousel. Saving them one-by-one with screenshots loses quality and adds ugly watermarks. A proper RedNote image downloader fetches the original WebP or JPEG assets from Xiaohongshu’s CDN — the same files the app uses before overlaying UI watermarks.
When this works best
- Travel albums, recipe cards, infographics, and lookbooks.
- Notes marked public by the creator.
- Share links copied within the last few days (tokens expire).
Step-by-step
- Share the image note. Open the carousel note in Xiaohongshu, tap Share, then Copy link. Multi-photo posts are supported.
- Paste into the downloader. Visit the homepage, paste the share text or URL, and click Download. Short xhslink.com links redirect automatically.
- Review the grid. Each image appears as its own card with a thumbnail and Download button. Live Photo pairs may show as separate assets when exposed by the API.
- Download each file. Click Download on every image you need. Files are named sequentially (for example rednote-abc12345-1.webp) for easy sorting.
Image quality and format
The parser prefers CRD_WM_SKIP (no watermark) scenes when Xiaohongshu embeds them in page data. You typically receive high-resolution WebP files suitable for archiving or reposting where you have permission. If a note only exposes a lower-res fallback, that is what we show — we never invent fake files.
Batch saving tips
On desktop, click each Download button or middle-click to open tabs. On mobile, download images one at a time to your gallery or Files app. Some browsers block multiple automatic downloads; that is a browser security feature, not a tool bug.

Troubleshooting
- Empty result — the note may be private, deleted, or the share link expired. Copy a fresh link.
- Only one image — some notes truly contain one photo; verify in the app.
- Slow parse — first request resolves the short link; repeat visits may be cached for faster loads.
